Senior M&A Finance Manager

Job Summary

Leading finance activities across the full M&A lifecycle, the full-time Senior M&A Finance Manager will manage diligence, transaction planning, and integration efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance workstreams for M&A, including diligence, deal planning, and post-close integration
• Partner with finance sub-functions and stakeholders to assess risks, support transaction recommendations, and drive execution planning
• Analyze transaction materials and synthesize findings into decision-ready recommendations for leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 9+ years of relevant experience in M&A finance, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
• Demonstrated experience in financial diligence, modeling, and integration
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including FP&A and Treasury
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a matrixed organization
