Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior M&A Integration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in due diligence activities, organizing information and ensuring follow-up actions are addressed
• Engage in integration activities, supporting execution of plans and achievement of key milestones
• Maintain project trackers and logs to ensure information is current, accurate, and visible

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years' experience in a relevant field
• BS/BA degree required
• Knowledge of human capital management operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
• Experience with high volume of transactions
