Senior M&A Integration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, M&A Integration Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the M&A integration playbook for a repeatable framework
• Lead the creation and management of the integration operating model, including governance and success metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive post-acquisition integration activities

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in program/project management, strategy & operations, or management consulting with M&A integration exposure
• Proven track record in building and running integration PMOs in enterprise SaaS or technology organizations
• Strong cross-functional fluency across Finance, Sales Ops, HR, and GTM
• Experience designing scalable integration frameworks
