Senior M&A Integration Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on seamless acquisition integrations, the full-time remote Senior M&A Integration Manager will manage ERP integrations and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of integration plans aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive integration plans, aligning with senior leadership and managing project timelines and deliverables
• Lead execution of integration projects, tracking milestones and ensuring successful outcomes across assigned workstreams
• Facilitate collaboration among leadership and stakeholders, monitoring progress and providing timely project status updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of experience in project management
• 3-5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions with knowledge of the M&A integration lifecycle
• Experience with ERP integrations and project management tools
• PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications preferred
