Senior M&A Integration Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior M&A Integration Manager, the successful candidate will manage ERP integrations, Accounting & Finance, Tax, and Treasury to ensure seamless acquisition integrations while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive integration plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing timelines and deliverables
• Lead execution of integration projects, tracking milestones and facilitating collaboration among workstream leaders and stakeholders
• Conduct postmortem reviews and document integration strategies to improve future processes and ensure adherence to project management best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of experience in project management
• 3-5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions with knowledge of the M&A integration lifecycle
• Experience with ERP integrations/migrations and project management tools
• PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications preferred
