Senior M&A Integration Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior M&A Integration Manager, the candidate will manage acquisition integration plans focused on ERP, Accounting & Finance, Tax, and Treasury, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic objectives while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive integration plans, coordinating with senior leadership to align on timelines and deliverables
• Lead the execution of integration projects, tracking milestones and ensuring successful outcomes across assigned workstreams
• Facilitate workstream meetings and monitor progress, providing timely project status updates and escalating risks as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of experience in project management
• 3-5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions with a strong understanding of the M&A integration lifecycle
• Experience with ERP integrations and project management tools
• PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications preferred
