Job Summary
Focused on ERP integrations, the full-time Senior M&A Integration Manager will manage acquisition integration planning and execution, coordinating with leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive integration plans, aligning with strategic objectives and mitigating risks
- Lead execution of integration projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables while tracking progress and facilitating communication
- Conduct postmortem reviews and document lessons learned to improve future integration processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in project management
- 3-5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, with knowledge of the M&A integration lifecycle
- Experience with ERP integrations and project management tools
- PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications preferred
