Job Summary

Seeking a high-performing Senior M&A Paralegal with over 8 years of experience, the full-time remote position will manage transaction flow from start to finish, lead deal execution, and support corporate governance and entity-related matters within a boutique law practice focused on M&A and high-value transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transaction flow and execution for M&A deals from inception to completion
• Support corporate governance and entity-related matters as a secondary responsibility
• Collaborate with a nationwide team to deliver high-quality service to sophisticated clients

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in M&A transactions
• Proven ability to take ownership of deal execution in fast-paced environments
• Experience in corporate governance and entity-related matters
• Strong understanding of tax structuring and complex ownership strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
