Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer - End-to-End.

Key Responsibilities

• Own development and delivery of End-to-End ML models that connect multi-modal sensor inputs to driving-relevant outputs
• Train and evaluate models using large-scale datasets, analyzing performance and driving improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the autonomy stack and support model integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years, Master's with 4+ years, or PhD with 0-2 years in Machine Learning, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience developing and deploying ML models for autonomous systems or complex decision-making environments
• Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch, with the ability to write production-quality ML code
• Solid understanding of ML architectures used in End-to-End systems, such as Transformers and VLA models
• Proven ability to debug model behavior and drive iterative improvements
