Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Logistics ML.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions to address practical challenges in the marketplace
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and backend engineers to understand business needs and create impactful ML applications
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure solutions are well-integrated and aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree (masters or PhD) in artificial intelligence, machine learning, operations research, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of industry experience using machine learning to solve real-world problems with large datasets
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in data manipulation (SQL, Pandas) and machine learning tools (scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras/Tensorflow)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with problem-solving
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all levels
