Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience, preferably with a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with large-scale systems and deploying machine learning models into production
• Strong background in working with LLMs and foundational models
• Skilled in model monitoring, testing, and evaluation
• Experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus
