Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer/Machine Learning Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own exploration, design, and execution of advanced ML models and algorithms to deliver user value
• Apply machine learning techniques to analyze HR and Finance-related text data and launch cloud-based ML architectures
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver AI-powered agents that enhance HR and Financial workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math, or equivalent (Master's or PhD preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or relevant software development
• 5+ years of professional experience with Python and related numeric libraries
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks such as Pytorch or TensorFlow
• 3+ years of experience working with large language models and cloud computing platforms
