Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML and LLM models for recommendation systems and personalized treatment strategies
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate ML models into real-world systems
• Mentor engineers and participate in retrospectives to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and/or Engineering with hands-on model development
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch
• Experience with building and deploying production ML models at scale
• Strong background in LLMs and NLP applications
• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required
