Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, deploy, and manage production ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve models for ad network optimization, including CTR prediction and publisher-advertiser matching
• Design reusable training/serving pipelines and MLOps architecture for efficient model deployment
• Conduct research and implement new methods and frameworks to enhance system complexity and performance

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in building end-to-end ML systems in production
• Deep experience with Python and ML libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and PyTorch
• Strong understanding of supervised learning, feature engineering, and large dataset analysis
• Practical knowledge of statistics and experimental design
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow
