Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement AI solutions for drug development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and improve an integrated codebase of AI and machine learning tools
• Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and product teams to solve complex data-oriented problems
• Develop solutions for advancing real-world preclinical discovery programs, including ADME modeling and toxicity prediction

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master's with experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
• Two years of experience applying modern ML/AI techniques to real-world problems
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Aptitude for learning new domains and adapting ML techniques to drug discovery
• Experience with software engineering best practices and ability to write clean, reusable code
