Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join their GenAI Platform organization, focusing on the quality and reliability of Rovo Chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a quality and reliability framework for Rovo Chat, translating it into measurable metrics and dashboards
• Design and implement evaluation pipelines and improve observability for GenAI chat
• Lead technical strategy and initiatives to enhance customer outcomes and mentor the AI community

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in machine learning/applied AI with production systems
• Deep expertise with LLMs and large scale NLP systems
• Strong coding skills in Python and/or Java, with experience in large scale data processing
• Experience designing and operating ML systems end to end
• Demonstrated technical leadership beyond a single team, influencing roadmaps and priorities
