Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, scale, evaluate, integrate, and refine reward signals for recommendations through hands-on ML development
• Lead collaborations to integrate and A/B test mid-term signals in various recommendation systems
• Promote best practices of ML systems development, testing, and evaluation within the team and organization

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in machine learning with expertise in statistics and optimization, particularly in sequential models and generative AI
• Hands-on experience with large cross-collaborative machine learning projects and stakeholder management
• Experience implementing production machine learning systems at scale in Java, Scala, Python, or similar languages
• Familiarity with tools like PyTorch, Ray, and Hugging Face
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks/tools and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
