Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Senior Machine Learning Engineer to scale and operationalize ML systems end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of real-time ML model monitoring systems
• Manage ML experimentation, model tracking, and versioning infrastructure
• Drive improvements in the model development process and optimize model behavior in production

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows
• Hands-on experience with ML experimentation and model tracking tools
• Experience with ML infrastructure technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Proven ability to deploy and operate machine learning models as production services
