Key Responsibilities

• Data preprocessing and preparation of large healthcare datasets for model development
• Designing, training, and fine-tuning large language models on healthcare data
• Developing and maintaining data and machine learning pipelines for model deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or a similar role
• Proven experience with large-scale data preprocessing and model training
• Experience with distributed training and GPU/TPU optimization
• Experience working with healthcare data is highly desirable
