Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and scale production-grade machine learning and Generative AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain machine learning models and LLM-powered systems, optimizing data pipelines and conducting experiments
• Monitor model performance and ensure system reliability, managing the full model lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions and contribute to best practices documentation

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with expertise in structured and unstructured data sources
• Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, AWS services, Python, and Spark
• Experience with ML frameworks such as XGBoost, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications and familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps tooling
