Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Learned Planning/Reinforcement Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy learned behavior models using reinforcement learning and related techniques
• Own end-to-end model development, including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and evaluate learned behavior models in diverse environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year
• Experience with reinforcement learning, imitation learning, or sequence modeling in robotics or autonomous systems
• Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch, with experience in production-quality ML code
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed compute environments for model training and evaluation
• Solid understanding of ML architectures used in autonomy systems, such as transformers and RNNs
