Key Responsibilities

• Design and ship production-grade machine learning systems for conversational AI experiences
• Build systems that interpret user intent and manage context across multi-turn interactions
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure quality and guide iteration of machine learning models

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping machine learning systems in production environments
• Experience with large language models and real-world applications beyond experimentation
• Deep understanding of challenges in conversational or agentic systems
• Experience designing metrics or evaluation pipelines for machine learning systems
• Comfortable debugging complex interactions between models and system constraints
