Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end machine learning initiatives to enhance player engagement and retention
• Build scalable machine learning pipelines focusing on reliability and performance
• Design and manage CI/CD workflows for machine learning model deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience with machine learning systems in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in distributed data platforms like Spark
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for managing machine learning workflows
• Experience designing experiments and analyzing A/B tests for model performance optimization
