Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer, Responsible AI- Applied Research Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and drive projects to identify, avoid, and mitigate bias in ML applications
• Collaborate with engineering teams to adopt and evaluate Responsible AI practices and ML Fairness tooling
• Mentor junior engineers and define technical strategy in the Responsible AI space

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience applying advanced ML methods to production systems with a focus on responsible technology
• Deep familiarity with cutting-edge ML architectures and their applications in large-scale systems
• Proven ability to measure, deploy, and refine fairness interventions at scale
• 4+ years of experience in engineering teams that build large-scale ML-driven products
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or related fields
