Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer - Agentic Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture of the Agent Engine for agent-based experiences
• Guide the transition of existing features into a unified system while balancing speed and reliability
• Build and improve evaluation systems to measure quality, reliability, and user impact

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building and scaling production AI systems, particularly with large language models
• Familiarity with system design, infrastructure, and machine learning concepts
• Experience in agent orchestration, LLM infrastructure, or data pipelines for machine learning
• Background in platform or consolidation efforts that integrate multiple systems or teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and structure open-ended challenges
