Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. ML Engineer to lead the development of AI systems in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve core parts of the AI platform, including multi-agent systems and document processing pipelines
• Drive high-impact projects from problem definition through experimentation and productionization
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure system quality and improve engineering standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building and shipping production ML/AI systems
• Strong experience with agentic systems, LLM-based applications, or orchestration frameworks
• Deep experience in document processing pipelines, ideally in distributed systems
• Experience with knowledge graphs and modeling relationships between entities
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
