Key Responsibilities

• Develop large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal agentic experiences for customers
• Design and implement various agent interaction modes, including Voice AI
• Lead multi-team initiatives, bridging applied research and scalable engineering

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience deploying large-scale ML models, with recent focus on agent-based systems
• Experience developing dialogue systems for long conversations and context-aware interactions
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and production ML infrastructure
• A track record of writing articles, patents, or publishing high-impact research is a strong plus
