Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (VLM).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-based Vision Language Model pipelines for large-scale labeling and annotation
• Drive decisions on visual signals, metadata, and contextual information to enhance VLM performance
• Build and evaluate end-to-end inference systems, including prompt design and model benchmarking

Required Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience as a machine learning engineer with a focus on computer vision or Vision Language Models
• Hands-on experience in evaluating, fine-tuning, or deploying VLMs in production
• Deep understanding of edge constraints affecting model design
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and cloud-based inference tools
• Practical expertise in prompt engineering and model evaluation
