Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a high-impact ML team, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will own the technical direction and execution of ML systems focused on personalization, relevance, and ranking, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for the ML team, guiding engineering quality and system design
• Design, build, and scale ML systems for personalization, ranking, and search use cases
• Mentor engineers and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning or software engineering with production ML systems
• Proven experience in building and scaling ML systems in personalization or ad tech domains
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, data pipelines, and ML infrastructure
• Experience deploying ML models into production and operating them at consumer scale
• Demonstrated ownership of complex technical initiatives within a team
