Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design and manage data pipelines, develop and test ML models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-first products in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and manage robust data pipelines for training and validating Large Quantitative Models (LQMs)
• Develop and implement novel ML models and algorithms while ensuring performance aligns with product objectives
• Conduct deep analysis of model behavior and performance, optimizing architecture for efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field of study
• 5+ years of postgraduate experience in software development
• Experience developing scalable ML systems and large-scale data processing pipelines
• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX
• Proficiency in MLOps and software best practices, including CI/CD for ML and experiment tracking
