Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing AI practice, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design and implement end-to-end ML solutions, build scalable ML pipelines, and mentor junior engineers, all in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ML solutions from experimentation to production, optimizing model performance and reliability
• Mentor junior and mid-level ML engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance internal ML practices
• Stay current with ML research and propose improvements to existing solutions and processes

Required qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience building production LLM-based applications and familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation architectures
• Strong experience with AWS ML services and understanding of cloud-native ML architectures
• Experience deploying ML models to production environments and proficiency with Docker and CI/CD practices
• Expertise in data manipulation with libraries like pandas and numpy, as well as building ETL/ELT pipelines
