Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Machine Learning Engineer will develop and maintain scalable machine learning models to enhance ad relevance and system efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable machine learning models for ad systems
• Collaborate with teams to enhance ad candidate retrieval and user engagement
• Implement and optimize ML systems in production environments

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, with experience in Scala, Java, or C/C++
• 2-5 years of experience with machine learning lifecycle tasks
• Solid engineering skills for developing data pipelines on distributed systems
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval systems, with Vespa experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
