Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build scalable AI proofs-of-concept, partner with product managers and stakeholders to develop practical AI solutions, and design modern AI systems that drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable AI proof-of-concepts that demonstrate a clear path from prototype to enterprise-scale solution
• Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into practical AI solutions
• Design and implement modern AI systems using LLMs, data pipelines, and cloud-native services

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree or equivalent experience (Master's with 2 years, Bachelor's with 4 years, Associate's with 8 years, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience)
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or related technical roles
• Strong understanding of modern AI application architecture and evaluation methods
• Experience with AWS Cloud, data pipelines, and secure development practices
• Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and modern development practices
