Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support the AI practice, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design and implement end-to-end ML solutions, build scalable ML pipelines, and mentor junior engineers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ML solutions from experimentation to production
• Mentor junior and mid-level ML engineers while conducting code reviews and providing feedback
• Stay current with ML research and propose improvements to existing solutions and processes

Required qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience building production LLM-based applications and familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation architectures
• Strong experience with AWS ML services and understanding of cloud-native ML architectures
• Experience deploying ML models to production environments and proficiency with Docker
• Expertise in data manipulation using libraries like pandas and numpy, and experience with SQL
