Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

As part of the Artificial Intelligence & Data organization, the full-time remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer will build scalable AI proofs-of-concept, partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions, and design modern AI systems that integrate with enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable AI proof-of-concepts demonstrating a clear path from prototype to enterprise-scale solution
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous needs into practical AI solutions
• Design and implement AI systems using modern technologies such as LLMs, data pipelines, and cloud-native services

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• 4-6 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or related technical roles
• Experience building full-stack AI-powered applications focused on scalability and security
• Strong understanding of modern AI application architecture and evaluation methods
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud, data pipelines, and modern software engineering practices, preferably in Python
