Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Curious and self-motivated, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will manage the end-to-end development of advanced models, fine-tune multi-modal generative models, and build robust ML workflows in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and optimize various multi-modal generative models for diverse use cases while maintaining a production-first mindset
• Build and manage ML graphs/workflows using orchestration frameworks to enable AI-driven agents
• Write robust Python code and collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into larger systems, adhering to best practices in code management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and/or data science
• Preferably MS or PhD in computer science, math, artificial intelligence, or similar disciplines; or BSc with equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of ML fundamentals, model architectures, and proficiency in one or more ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
• Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML systems
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with a bias to action and a commitment to continuous learning
