Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Creative and results-focused, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will drive the applied research, deployment, and optimization of Agentic AI and semantic parsing products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy sophisticated reasoning and planning agents that interact with enterprise data
• Develop algorithms for automated optimization within agent graphs and build recommender systems for engineering teams
• Engineer cloud-based pipelines for rigorous evaluation and monitoring of ML systems

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in researching, developing, and deploying production-grade ML systems, with expertise in deep learning and NLP
• 1+ years of experience in building and evaluating NLP and LLM-powered products, including agentic frameworks
• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field or a strong portfolio of peer-reviewed research publications
• Proficiency in large-scale data processing using PySpark and SQL
• Hands-on experience with the full ML lifecycle, including cloud-native deployment and model fine-tuning
