Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the evolution of conversational ecosystems, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will architect and deploy a unified orchestration layer for vendor and internal chatbot interactions while building production-grade Python services and leading complex ML initiatives in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy the orchestration layer managing state transitions, context sharing, and intent routing in a distributed conversational environment
• Build production-grade Python services that connect advanced ML/AI research with customer-facing products
• Lead end-to-end project execution for complex ML initiatives, managing priorities and cross-functional dependencies from design through delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade ML services
• Hands-on expertise with modern AI architectures, including frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK, or AWS Bedrock
• Deep proficiency in Python with the ability to write clean, maintainable production code
• Specialized knowledge in at least one domain: NLP, information retrieval, computer vision, or advanced statistical modeling
• Proven ability to write technical design documents and present ML architectures to cross-functional stakeholders
