Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of enterprise-scale agentic AI platforms, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design, operate, and evolve platform capabilities that ensure the reliable deployment of autonomous and semi-autonomous AI systems in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and operation of the enterprise agentic AI platform in collaboration with architects and ML engineers
• Build components for interoperability between first-party and third-party agents, ensuring compliance with governance standards
• Establish and enforce platform standards for agent development, including safety constraints and observability requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline
• Five years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and integration of modern ML frameworks, such as PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and protocols
• Familiarity with containerized AI platforms using Kubernetes in enterprise cloud environments
