Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer II to work remotely, this role focuses on designing and enhancing machine learning models for ad ranking and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in ad selection and delivery systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and improve machine learning models that enhance ad ranking and relevance across the Fetch platform
• Implement active learning strategies and leverage LLMs to improve model quality and reduce development efforts
• Own ML experimentation and ensure high standards for performance, reliability, and data quality in production systems

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in production ML or data-driven systems
• Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and data processing, with experience in deploying low-latency models
• Experience with AWS and distributed systems, including scalable training pipelines and online inference services
• Practical experience applying LLMs for model development and data labeling improvements
• Strong engineering judgment focusing on reliability, performance, and maintainability of ranking systems
