Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an exceptional Senior Machine Learning Engineer for a fully remote, full-time position, who will design and conduct systematic experiments, implement and validate model architectures, and optimize model performance in the realm of medical imaging and applied AI for longevity medicine.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments to validate model architectures and optimize performance
• Collaborate with domain experts and researchers to define problem statements and translate findings into production systems
• Review literature to inform best practices and approaches in machine learning applications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, including model design, training, and evaluation
• Extensive experience in applying machine learning to real-world computer vision or medical imaging problems
• Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow and experience writing clean, modular experimentation code
• Strong understanding of modern ML concepts, including regularization, loss functions, and optimization strategies
• Experience with statistical testing and experimental design for performance assessment
