Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To push the frontiers of risk management, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will work remotely to build and enhance AI/ML solutions for the AuditBoard product portfolio, utilizing advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Fine-Tuning.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, ship, and own product features end-to-end
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to create high-performing product features
• Apply a range of machine learning techniques with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
• Proficiency in classical machine learning methods and familiarity with LLMs
• Excellent programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
