Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To build and operate production machine learning systems that enhance healthcare outcomes, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into practical ML solutions while focusing on system reliability and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and operation of production machine learning systems, ensuring reliability and maintainability
• Build and enhance ML lifecycle infrastructure, including training pipelines and model deployment workflows
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop practical ML solutions with measurable impact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production environments
• Proficient experience with the full ML lifecycle, including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Deep programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow
• Experience with cloud-based ML platforms and infrastructure, such as AWS SageMaker or Vertex AI
