Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Ads Content Understanding team, the remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design scalable ML pipelines, provide technical leadership, and drive operational excellence for content understanding signals that enhance monetization efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate across the full ML lifecycle, ensuring responsible AI practices for models and signals in production
• Provide mentorship and set technical standards for MLEs and SWEs working on ML projects within the team
• Develop evaluation and quality monitoring systems for content understanding signals, focusing on operational excellence

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience delivering production ML systems at scale, preferably in content understanding or advertising domains
• Demonstrated technical leadership with contributions to architecture decisions and design reviews
• Experience building and deploying NLP or content understanding models with measurable business outcomes
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams
