Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

As a senior technical individual contributor, the remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer will define and execute the long-term ML technical vision for the Trust organization, leading large-scale initiatives and mentoring other engineers while actively contributing code to enhance safety and trust across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the ML technical vision and strategy for the Trust organization, architecting scalable solutions and championing best practices
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor, guiding ML and software engineers on complex architectural and modeling challenges
• Drive and deliver large-scale ML initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners to prioritize requirements and quantify business impact

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience in applied Machine Learning
• 2-3+ years of experience with LLMs and novel GenAI technologies, including proficiency in Agentic AI
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Scala, Python, Java, C++, or equivalent, along with data engineering expertise
• Experience building and productionizing end-to-end Machine Learning models and infrastructure
