Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will develop and productionize machine learning models, mentor junior engineers, and manage end-to-end ML processes using advanced techniques such as neural networks and large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end analyses, including data wrangling, statistical modeling, and presenting business insights
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in machine learning development and operations
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for both offline and real-time services, focusing on text and visual understanding

Required qualifications

• Experience in developing and productionizing machine learning models, particularly with neural networks and large language models
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and XGBoost
• Strong coding skills in Python or equivalent programming languages (Java, C++)
• Solid understanding of engineering and infrastructure best practices
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
