Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the development of search and recommendation systems, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will build and enhance models for content discovery and user engagement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve recommendation and search systems across various content surfaces
• Design, launch, and analyze recommendation/search experiments to iterate quickly based on data
• Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to define metrics and implement measurable improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in building production ML systems with a focus on recommendation or search systems
• Hands-on experience with two-tower models, embedding retrieval, and ranking in consumer apps
• Strong understanding of user behavior modeling and practical product improvements
• Proven track record in entertainment, social, or engagement-driven consumer products
• Strong engineering fundamentals in modeling, data pipelines, and production ML systems
