Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and scaling of face recognition systems, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will build and train models, manage end-to-end ML systems on AWS, and mentor other engineers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop computer vision systems for biometrics, focusing on face attributes and recognition
• Conduct fairness analysis and benchmarking of biometric models across diverse datasets
• Architect and optimize ML pipelines, ensuring efficient data ingestion, model training, and deployment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning, with at least 3 years in Biometrics or Face Analysis
• Deep expertise in computer vision and biometrics, particularly in face recognition
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries like PyTorch and OpenCV
• Experience designing end-to-end ML pipelines and using workflow orchestrators like Airflow
• Hands-on experience with AWS services for deploying ML models and scaling training jobs
