Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-powered systems, the fully remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer will own high-difficulty applied ML features from prototype to production, build evaluation pipelines and observability tooling, and create reference implementations to guide other engineers in deploying AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own high-difficulty applied ML features end-to-end, from prototype through production
• Build evaluation pipelines, golden datasets, and observability tooling
• Create reference implementations to demonstrate best practices for shipping AI

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building applied ML systems in production
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including classification, summarization, and agentic workflows
• Strong ML evaluation instincts, including constructing datasets and defining metrics
• Ability to independently own a feature from start to finish
• Strong Python skills and experience working in a production codebase
