Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To drive core product innovations, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design, train, and deploy AI agents, focusing on end-to-end ML tasks including fine-tuning and Reinforcement Learning, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Train, fine-tune, and distill ML models to power autonomous AI agents
• Build and operate agentic workflows in Python, managing complex reasoning and human-expert interactions
• Own evaluation and benchmarking, selecting foundational models and establishing cost models

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, with a strong background in model training and Reinforcement Learning
• 1+ year of practical experience in agent development, including building and launching autonomous AI agents
• Proven experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen
• Practical knowledge of model distillation and adapting open-source LLMs
• Advanced proficiency in Python and disciplined software engineering standards
